On 18 March 2026, we received feedback from a number of clients who encountered email communication issues which email is not enable to send out and received.
A high load issue caused by an email account high usage activity led a temporarily disruption our email services. This resulted in email delivery issues for our users.
Server: host.rhb4000.linux
Scenario:
Failed Authentication
Valid RCPT command must precede Data
Impacts: Emails not able to deliver and website not accessible.
What Happened: Due to an account spamming activity, email queue caused the delivery pool to blocked. Pool queue was cleared and restart the services but there was a disk configuration issue which was rectifed. Email server was not reachable during this period. The account has been contained.
Current Status:
The email services has restored. Email services are now operating as expected.
